Best Warranty Tracker Apps for Android in 2026
The best warranty tracker apps for Android right now are Warranty Keeper (best free option), Claimly (best for several warranties per product, no account), Warranty Book (best for brand support contacts), Warranty & Receipt Tracker (best for Google Drive backup and export) and WarrantyTrackr (best if you also want a web app).
Disclosure: Claimly is made by us, FusionCore Apps. We have tried to judge it by the same rules as everyone else, and we say plainly where other apps do better.
How We Chose These Apps
We searched Google Play for “warranty tracker”, “warranty manager”, “warranty reminder” and “receipt and warranty organizer”, then opened every result. An app made this list only if it met all four of these rules:
- It tracks warranty end dates and reminds you. Apps that only store receipts did not count.
- It is maintained. Every app here was updated on Google Play between June and October 2026.
- It is meant for your own purchases. We left out business expense tools and claim services for one company’s protection plans.
- It does something the others don’t. Each pick has a clear reason to choose it.
Every number below (installs, rating, price, ads, in-app purchases) comes from each app’s Google Play listing in the US store, checked on 16 October 2026. Features come from the listings and the developers’ own websites. Where a listing doesn’t mention something, we say so instead of guessing.
A few well-known names didn’t make it. MrReceipt (500,000+ installs) is a strong receipt and budgeting app, but its listing doesn’t mention warranty end dates or reminders. Warranty Valet (10,000+ installs) does track warranties, but it is built around a team that handles claims for you, and its listing hasn’t been updated since October 2025, outside our June–October 2026 window. The Warranty Manager app by Aravin still lists saving bill images as an upcoming feature, so by its own listing it can’t store a copy of your receipt yet.
Warranty Tracker Apps Compared
| App | Installs | Rating | Price / in-app | Ads | Offline | Standout feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Warranty Keeper | 10,000+ | 4.3 (334 ratings) | Free, no in-app purchases | No | Not mentioned (cloud storage) | Free unlimited items with cloud backup, iPhone app too |
| Claimly (ours) | 10+ | No rating yet | Free, in-app $2.99–$24.99 | Yes | Yes (AI scan needs internet) | AI receipt scan, several warranties per product |
| Warranty Book | 10,000+ | No rating shown | Free, in-app $0.39–$31.99 | No | Not mentioned | Brand support numbers and direct dealer calls |
| Warranty & Receipt Tracker | 1,000+ | No rating shown | Free, no in-app purchases | Yes | Records stay on device | Google Drive backup, CSV/PDF export, return-window alerts |
| WarrantyTrackr | 500+ | No rating shown | Free, in-app $2.99–$19.99 | No | Not mentioned (cloud sync) | AI scanning plus a web app |
Google Play only shows a star rating once an app has enough ratings in that country, which is why several apps show none in the US store; Warranty Book, for example, shows 4.5 stars from 112 ratings in India.
1. Warranty Keeper: Best Free Warranty Tracker
Warranty Keeper has been on Google Play since 2019 and is the most established app on this list, with 10,000+ installs and 4.3 stars from 334 ratings. The setup is simple: sign up, add an item, photograph the proof of purchase, and the app reminds you before the warranty runs out (its website says 30 days before).
- Why pick it: it is completely free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and, according to its listing, an unlimited number of items. Everything is stored and backed up in the cloud, so a lost phone doesn’t mean lost receipts. You can attach several receipts to each item, create your own categories, and sort by expiry date. There is also an iPhone app, which matters if your household mixes platforms.
- Watch out for: you need an account (email or Google) before you can add anything, and your receipts live on its servers. The listing doesn’t mention reading receipt text automatically, so expect to type item details yourself.
For a feature-by-feature look at the two, see Claimly vs Warranty Keeper.
2. Claimly: Best for Several Warranties per Product, No Account (Our App)
Claimly is our app, launched on Google Play in April 2026. You scan a receipt and AI fills in the store, purchase date, product and amount, so you review the details instead of typing them. Each product can hold more than one warranty: manufacturer, store and an extended protection plan, each with its own status (active, expiring soon or expired) and expiry reminders.
- Why pick it: no account is needed and your data stays on your phone; you can back everything up to a single .zip file and restore it on a new phone. Most of the app works offline. You can attach receipts, warranty documents, PDFs and photos to each item, and a dashboard shows what is expiring first.
- Watch out for: it is new, with 10+ installs and no public rating yet. It shows ads and sells in-app purchases ($2.99–$24.99 per item), and the free plan stops at 15 products and 5 AI scans a month; Premium, a subscription, lifts the limits and removes the ads. It is Android-only, the AI scan needs an internet connection, and it offers backup and restore rather than automatic sync between devices.
For a closer look at how scanning works, see our warranty scanner app guide.
3. Warranty Book: Best for Brand Support Contacts
Warranty Book (10,000+ installs) tracks warranty periods for household items and sends expiry notifications. What sets it apart is the contact side: the app lists customer care numbers for major brands and lets you call the dealer you bought from or a toll-free support line from inside the app.
- Why pick it: helpful when the hard part is knowing who to call. You can also log service visits (when and by whom) and share warranty or purchase bills. No ads.
- Watch out for: you create an account to use it, it sells in-app purchases ($0.39–$31.99 per item), and its listing doesn’t mention offline use or automatic receipt reading. Check that the brands you own are in its support directory.
4. Warranty & Receipt Tracker: Best for Backup and Export
Warranty & Receipt Tracker by Invisible Tech Studio is very new (released in late September 2026) and already has 1,000+ installs. Each warranty shows a live countdown, and you can filter by active, expiring or expired.
- Why pick it: reminders cover more than warranties: return windows, scheduled service dates and custom reminders, each switchable in Settings. Records stay on your device, backups go to your own Google Drive, and you can export a CSV or PDF report for insurance or when you sell an appliance. No in-app purchases.
- Watch out for: it shows ads, has no rating yet, and its listing doesn’t mention reading receipts automatically. As a two-week-old app, it has little track record so far.
5. WarrantyTrackr: Best If You Want a Web App
WarrantyTrackr by Verocity AI Labs (500+ installs, released January 2026) describes itself as an AI-assisted tracker: scan or upload invoices with minimal typing, get reminders before coverage ends, and keep notes on repairs and replacements.
- Why pick it: you can also manage everything from a desktop browser, data syncs across devices through its cloud, and you can export records as PDF or CSV. It supports multiple currencies, useful if you buy abroad, and it has no ads.
- Watch out for: it sells in-app purchases ($2.99–$19.99 per item), stores your data in the cloud, and its listing doesn’t mention offline use. No rating yet.
Which One Should You Pick?
- You want free, no ads and cloud backup: Warranty Keeper.
- You hate typing in receipts, or your purchases carry more than one warranty: Claimly.
- You mostly need the right support number when something breaks: Warranty Book.
- You want your files on your own Google Drive and an exportable report: Warranty & Receipt Tracker.
- You want to manage warranties from a computer too: WarrantyTrackr.
Whichever you choose, the habit matters more than the app: add each purchase the day you buy it, and save the receipt before the thermal paper fades. When something does break, our guide on how to file a warranty claim walks through the steps, and this guide covers what to do if the receipt is already gone.
